The St. Croix Estuary Project (SCEP) is a conservation and community initiative established in 1992 to protect the St. Croix River estuary and serve residents of the St. Croix Valley in New Brunswick, Canada and Maine. As one of the original sites of the Atlantic Coastal Action Program (ACAP), an Environment Canada initiative, SCEP is unique in addressing the interests of both Canadian and American communities along this international river.
