Shirley M. Sadler is the daughter of the late Edward and Sylvia Sadler. Shirley was born in St. Kitts, British West Indies, on July 19, 1958. Shirley has been a “proud” Virgin Islander from the tender age of five when her family migrated to St. Thomas forty two years ago. Shirley is a single parent of an 11 year old son, Khalid. She has five sisters and three brothers. Shirley received her early education on St. Thomas. She graduated in 1977 from Charlotte Amalie High School.
