Welcome to Smokin’ Cholla! Our story started almost two years ago when we first bought a large Big Green Egg. We absolutely fell in love with the ability of the cooker to smoke “low and slow”, bake, and grill. The food on the Egg had more flavor, juiciness, and it just cooked better and faster than our old propane grill. The Egg just made everything we thought was good 200% better.
