During our initial year of operation, the majority of our projects comprised earthquake rehabilitation and seismic retrofitting of unreinforced masonry buildings to comply with city and municipal ordinances. We used this experience as a springboard in entering into a more general construction business that covers new construction and rehabilitation of both commercial and residential establishments. The experience we gained in our first years of operation gave us a competitive edge in the construction industry. Today, we are involved in a variety of projects of varying magnitudes, but we still provide every client with the same personal and professional treatment they deserve.
