3FM Serious Request is an annual charity campaign run as a collaboration between Dutch radio station 3FM and the Nederlandse Rode Kruis (Dutch Red Cross). Each year the initiative raises funds and awareness for a "silent disaster" — a humanitarian crisis receiving little public attention. The campaign is known in the Netherlands for its Glazen Huis (Glass House) fundraising format held around Christmas.
