We are an independent Charitable Organisation, founded in March 1988. We are run by volunteers as a Resource Centre and a co-ordinating body established to work closely with Voluntary and Community Associations, Charitable Groups and statutory bodies. We endeavour to introduce a greater efficiency in the field of charitable support within the Rochford District Area.
