My first post of the new year and I’m kicking off in pain. Earlier tonight I smacked my shoulder on the edge of one of Kym’s cupboards and it was agony, I hit it right on the bone. Not bitching about it but it did hurt. Been out running over the past few days around the place but this weather is just too bad for it. Magically beat my personal best on tuesday, no idea where that came from as I hadn’t been running in months.
