Queens Public TV (QPTV) is a not-for-profit corporation that manages four public access cable television channels serving the residents of Queens, New York City. It operates under Franchise Agreements between the City of New York and cable operators in the Borough of Queens. QPTV also runs a Grant Aid Program providing in-kind production assistance to Queens-based nonprofit organizations through its Community Outreach Department.
