The gym is fully air-conditioned with a cardio suite which boasts brand new Life Fitness Cardio equipment including, running machines, cross trainers, upright bikes and recumbent bikes. We also have a resistance machine area which boasts brand new Panatta resistance machines including, lat pulldown, leg extention, peck back, upper abdominal machine, vertical chest press and more. We also have a free weight section with a smiths machine and a 6 station cable crossover station. We are also an official Spinning Centre with a fully equipped spinning studio with brand new NXT Startrac Spinning Bikes which are adjacent to our Yoga and Pilates studio. Finally we have a full size professional boxing ring with six brand new Ringside punch bags a speed ball and two floor to ceiling balls. Additional to all this we have male and female shower rooms and ample locker space. Also on offer are a range of class's from Spinning, Pilates, yoga, cardio training, personal training, group training, strength and conditioning, nutrition guidance, weightloss programs and more. We are also affiliated with the British Boxing Board of control so our boxing training and class's are of the highest quality.
