About Pro-TraCs.com
ProTracs was found in 1996 by Robert de Jong who is currently still sole owner and managing director of the company.
Prior to starting up the company, Robert held upper-management level positions at different financial institutions in Luxembourg as well as in a big four consulting firm. This has given him the solid background, both from a practical market experience perspective as from a methodological and structural perspective, required to start a training and consulting services company.
ProTracs was initially created as software development company but has soon extended it's services to include consulting and training as customers required post development implementation project management, change management and leadership support.
Nowadays our core activity is consulting, notably project management, PMO, change management and business process optimization, representing over 80 pct of our turnover. The remaining 20 pct mainly concerns training services and management coaching.
ProTracs operates internationally, in Europe we have provided services to clients in the Benelux, Germany, Poland, Italy, Spain, France, Norway, Ireland and the United Kingdom. Outside Europe we have had assignments in Hong Kong, Tokyo, New York and Singapore.
In order to provide the best quality of services we thrive to staff consultants that speak the language of our customers and understand local customs, this also to ensure smooth integration with local teams. It speaks for itself that all consultants perfectly speak and understand English.
