インターネット黎明期の1997年からスタートし、多くの皆様にご利用いただいた、懸賞サイトへの情報一括サーピス、「CHOICE PRESENT SUBMIT FORM 」(現取締役中出の運営サービス)がまずは、その半分の基礎となります。このサービスには、現在の大手懸賞サイトのほぼすべてが参加し、その各媒体にユーザーから依頼された情報を配信しておりました。また、1999年より、一般のホームページ情報を、ホーム—ページ情報マガジンに一括する「いっせいのSay」(現代表取締役紙田の運営する有限会社イッセイネットのサービス)がスタートし、半分の基礎となりました。両サービスに追随するような形で、いくつかの一括投稿サービスが生まれては消える中、2000年に両サービスの合併を目的に、ピーアールジャパン株式会社と懸賞・ホームページ情報の一括投稿サービスPRJAPN(ピーアールジャパン)が携帯検索エンジンも含めて、国内最大級の規模でスタートしました。最初の頃は、あわせて200程度の参加媒体も、すでに900近くになり、総部数も1,0
