PhotoSite was an online photo-sharing and album-hosting service that let users upload images and display them in slide shows and customizable album styles. It was originally created by Homestead, then sold to United Online, Inc. in March 2005. United Online shut down the PhotoSite product in 2007 after determining photo sharing was outside their core business, so the service is no longer active.
