Former State Official Joins PSATS As Next Executive Director David M. Sanko, 49, has joined the Association as its next executive director. He succeeds R. Keith Hite, who will retire at the end of the year. Sanko was most recently the chief operating officer for Bucks County and was a former chief of staff for Gov. Mark Schweiker. He also served as head of the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency under the Rendell Administration.Click here for details.
