NaHrElbaRed.net is the online presence of Nahr El Bared, a project serving Palestinian refugees across the Middle East, with centers operating in Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon, Gaza, and the West Bank. The project was launched on 24 July 1999 at Birzeit University in the West Bank, with its first center opened at Deheisheh camp near Bethlehem. By 2003, the network had grown to eight cross-border centers in Lebanon and Palestine.
