MHADA housing lottery 2015 is a great chance for the residents of Maharashtra who have not able to get a flat in any of the previous lotteries of MHADA. Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority has also announced the tentative number of flats to be offered in the housing lottery 2015. The authority will be offering a total of 4468 flats at different locations in the state.
The MHADA is not offering homes to the HIG category in this lottery and will allot affordable homes only to the EWS, LIG and MIG categories of the society. Out of the total 4468 flats, 785 homes are being offered in Mumbai to EWS (182 Flats), LIG (298 flats) and MIG (305 flats) in Mankhurd, Malvani, Gavanpada in Mulund and Sion Pratiksha Nagar complex. Rests of the 3683 flats are being offered to the LIG and MIG categories in the Bolinj Vihar project of MHADA in Virar. The MHADA housing lottery 2015 is expected to be launched in the month of May 2015. The applications for the lottery will be invited through the online mode similar to the 2014 lottery.
