Thomas Lewis Jones graduated from the Harvard Law School in 1933. He began a general practice which involved a wide variety of litigation, and official posts as Solicitor to the City of Pittsburgh, Special Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and county law examiner. In 1962, he joined with Frederick White to form White and Jones. The firm took its current name of Jones, Gregg, Creehan & Gerace in 1968.
