Another Heinlein juvenile novel. The earth is over-crowded so colonies are being created on Jupiter's moon, Ganymede. Heinlein was a big proponent of scouting; the main character of this novel is a Boy Scout. A nice addition to the original publication is an afterword about terraforming written in 2008.
