Refunds
Refunds are not offered for the scripts on TUFaT.com for the simple reason that it is impossible for me to verify that the script is no longer in use after issuing a refund.
There have been some cases in the past where a script doesn't work on a particular user's server configuration for various reasons. To this, I would say that the scripts have been reliably tested using PHP's default installation on both Windows and Linux. It's always possible that particular server administrators have changed the settings in various ways, or initiated security blocks of various types, which would prevent your script from working. There isn't really anything that I can do about that. The best thing to do would be to post a message on the forum describing the problem (and no, I don't consider this grounds for a refund), or switch to another server.
There have been other cases where a script like FlashChat doesn't properly integrate with a CMS system as expected. For these situations I can only say that FlashChat has been integrated in the default installation of many CMS systems (see the FlashChat information page for more details). If you're having difficulty with the integration, then the best thing to do would be to post a message on the forum (and no, I don't consider this grounds for a refund).
