Pedersen & Partners is a leading executive search firm in Central and Eastern Europe. The firm was started in 2001 by Poul Pedersen and a team of experienced executive search consultants.

History

Pedersen & Partners was started 1st January 2001 by a team of experienced executive search consultants aiming to raise the standards of the executive search profession in Central and Eastern Europe. Since the early 1990's, management recruitment has developed tremendously in Central and Eastern Europe and Pedersen & Partners saw a need for professional, confidential and customised service able to solve the individual recruitment tasks of clients.

The strategy of the firm is based on the local presence. Pedersen & Partners realised that having a few regional hubs was not enough. In order to stay in close touch with the local candidate pool and to provide real guidance on cultural issues across the fast developing markets of Central and Eastern Europe it is important to have on-the-ground presence.

The firm started with the offices in Prague and Warsaw in January of 2001. Today Pedersen & Partners’ client and quality focused approach has proven itself and the firm has the largest presence in Central and Eastern Europe operating 32 wholly owned offices in 31 countries.
