Based in Portland, Oregon, Cayuse has set the industry standard for Federal grant application software since 1994. Cayuse is an eRA Development Partner with the National Institutes of Health and a recognized leader in the field of electronic preparation, submission and management of research proposals.
Cayuse was founded by Dr. Christian Harker, a physiologist. Cayuse's previous product, GrantSlam, has been used by nearly 5,000 biomedical researchers, investigators, and administrators in research institutions nationwide including Harvard Medical School, Howard University, University of Washington and Johns Hopkins University.
