Description
- We are making a concerted effort to improve communication between Portland and Lahore, below are some of the steps we have come up with to facilitate this process.
People
- Mark: Pre-planning game communication with Lahore office targeting concerns, ideas, priorities and ensure that those input and concerns are addressed in the planning game.
- Kasey: Post-planning game follow up; relay notes from meeting and keep staff abreast of ideas, priorities, parking lot ideas.

- Many of the projects need to be defined more clearly so that we in Lahore can decide whether we would like to get involved

Are we separate groups?
- No
- We work in collaboration with other people from both Lahore and Portland on various projects. Geographically we may be separate groups but as an organization we are one.
