We are making a concerted effort to improve communication between Portland and Lahore, below are some of the steps we have come up with to facilitate this process.

• Ted: Maintain communication and contact with Lahore staff on projects see OurWork

• Mark: Pre-planning game communication with Lahore office targeting concerns, ideas, priorities and ensure that those input and concerns are address in the planning game.
• Kasey: Post-planning game follow up; relay notes from meeting and keep staff abreast of ideas, priorities, parking lot ideas.
