Brian has been a Solicitor for 25 years, specialising in accident and clinical negligence claims, particularly those of a high value. He is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and the AvMA Clinical Negligence Panel. He sits on the Legal Services Commission Review Panel and has a particular enthusiasm for high profile and “cutting edge” litigation.
Since winning a settlement of £1.25 million for a fibromyalgia sufferer in 1997, he has taken a particular interest in FM cases for Claimants. In 2002, Brian set up his own firm, the first of its kind to cater specifically for fibromyalgia and other chronic pain sufferers, and has had some notable successes since.
