The core product, IntelliResponse, was developed in conjunction with two prominent Canadian universities (Waterloo and McMaster) to allow them to answer thousands of inquiries at their website. Since Comtext’s first customer shipment in February 2001, Schools across North America have adopted IntelliResponse for various applications across the campus. IntelliResponse has also achieved major gains in the commercial space including a large share of the Canadian financial services marketplace, and is quickly establishing a market presence in the US and the UK.
