- Mortgage scam; the intent is likely to be the collection of sensitive personal information. My instincts tell me that you would need to be naive to give information to a site with a name like "yaokao." However, I recently read a study done by researchers at Harvard and UC Berkeley, which found that most users pay little attention to the address bar in their browsers. This partially explains why phishing and other scams continue to thrive. This site is a clone of other identical scam sites, including the following:
