- To facilitate change one wiki editor at a time
- Break down barriers to Technological Fluency ... build Tech Esteem for women and other cultures
- To help others (and ourselves) take those leaps of faith we know we need to take
- Turn each other on to things we've never heard of before
- Teach people about wiki (especially the WikiWay)
- Forget things that we know so we can explore what we don't yet know
- Educate people about the internet
- Educate people about wikis
