Description
By profession I am currently working for a construction management company as a Construction Management Administrative Assistant. This has been a good career move for me, this is the second construction management company I've worked for doing essentially the same work: document control. I enjoy working in the position as it allows me to work on a construction site and watch as the building is being constructed. There's a great sense of accomplishment that goes with knowing you had a part in making that happen.
I have no intention of giving up my graphics, I enjoy the art of creating way too much. As my schedule settles down I'm hoping to have more time to spend creating. However, now that I have my "child" (see Bravo) much of my time is spent with him.
In the professional graphics arena my background is mostly in print, either color copies or four-color process printing, though translation to web graphics was a fairly easy one. It wasn't until I attended the University of Nevada - Las Vegas' Continuing Education Certification Program, that I discovered web design, which gave me the ability to create touchabutton.com as a place to display my work.
