Resco has a solid foundation in modern railway vehicle design, engineering and operation. In addition, we have deliberately sought out technical and commercial knowledge from other equally demanding and complex engineering industries as diverse as nuclear power generation and off-shore oil rigs. We bring skills and experience from all these industries, along with good commercial and innovative judgement, and an unwavering belief that if we do not consistently give our clients the very best service, someone else will.
World-Class is not a reflection of size or number of employees, it is to do with attitude and a belief in World-Class values. Values such as flexibility, innovation, client service, integrity, strength of character and good humour. We see no reason why clients should bend themselves to our convenience. It is our job to be sufficiently flexible to fit in with their needs. These are the values that separate the outstanding from the ordinary.
As far as our clients are concerned, there is no automatic connection between top class, thorough, efficient and safe service on one hand, and difficulty and delay on the other. Everything is possible, we are easy to deal with, helpful with suggestions and we will go to extraordinary and uncommercial lengths to satisfy clients.
