RPG-D ;;
Rules are old, but they work. Good member base, great staff. Doesn't discriminate against certain providers and offers a wealth of resources. Though, what may scare people away is basically that only RPG-D exclusives are allowed any credits to people outside of RPG-D will be removed. I feel this highly limits what they can provide and limits their growth and potential.
A few people pointed out it takes a while for things to get indexed/accepted as well. I sent the rules to a few friends in the design community and coding community, most said they wouldn't be interested in the restrictive rules. But however, it has been stated RPG-D does have a wealth of members that once were new when they joined in the design community (graphics only) and are now accomplished into it.
RPG-D seems like a great place for a new person to learn several tricks and have support of a great wealth of people whom love role playing. All are quickly up to answering queries and questions which is great. However, speaking to a few members now...it seems about one or two staff members doesn't reply to personal messages; this hasn't happened to me yet, but, it can be because of the amount they receive.
Nihon Fairytales ;;
Original idea, I have never seen anything like it. EVER. I decided to push a domain name their way and some hosting. The staff are friendly and sweet, their members are awesome, friendly and sweet. Not often you can find a place that has a good member base while it is very young...and a good staff team to keep it all togethor. Kudos to Nihon Fairytales.
I am fanboy of role play games, honestly. Sadly, my friends no longer have the same tastes I do exactly.
Red Carpet ;;
Beginners only filling requests? So it can take a month, possibly more to even get permission to help other people? Doesn't make sense. A majority of the rules need to be explained better in various ways. I found myself going "Huh?" and the rules seem to contradict each other.
A portion of the member base seems crude and rude. "I was going to fill this request." Why post no claim? And then complain?
Members Only restriction has scared away the few people in the design community I asked about this. One of my friends pointed out they are using copyrighted images from Teen Vogue in their banners. Teen Vogue rarely gives out these rights.

Drama! Drama! Drama! I read through conversations there seems to be name calling threats and other things. The staff don't seem very helpful at all and seem to leave everything on the shoulders of the administrator. The rules seem old, rash, and restrictive. The member base doesn't really seem to contribute and is all there for "GIVESMES".
