Greg Wooten is blatantly lying by saying that Business Logistics Group OWNS the URL Simplefy.com, Check the WHOIS records for Simplefy.com to verify this. As his "authority" Mr. Wooten is presenting excerpts of an online article regarding pending litigation related to a Trademark issue, but not the actual Nevada Court documents that show Simplefy, Inc. owns Simplefy.com and that certain parties with whom Mr. Wooten works with are in contempt of court for, among other facts, interfering with the business operations of Simplefy, Inc. So far they have avoided the last two scheduled contempt hearings on this through various excuses but their time (and excuses) are running out.
Simplefy, Inc., is not affiliated with or responsible for any misrepresentations or losses caused by former employees or companies using similar names, logos or web site addresses. Simplefy.com is the only legally authorized web site of Simplefy, Inc. Simplêfy, Inc., has a recognized agreement with First Data Merchant Services. If you encounter another web site or business using the name Simplêfy, or a variation thereof, you should verify with BancorpSouth Bank, Tupelo, MS, if the parent company (not just the DBA Simplêfy) is a currently registered ISO/MSP with them before providing your personal and business credit information! 22:38, 29 October 2008 (PDT)
