L.C. is the abbreviation for "Laughing Crow" maker of fine Native American style flutes. You may see the symbol LC followed by a letter designating a key such as F# on the bottom of your Indian Flute. This combined with the brand of a bird head on the lefthand side of the flute indicates that it was made by Laughing Crow, Richard Maynard or Kyangi Iyaha in Lakota.
