NTV's Model investment process!
- NTV Provides seed funding for promoting technology and business ideas which have emerged from educational and research institutions and will invest up to $500,000 for such initial business.
- After that a business plan will be developed which leads to form a company and the technology arising from the intellectual property creation is licensed.As, NTV acts as a catalyst at this early phase, intellectual property creation is transferred to the commercial sector with the NTV’s early stage investment capital for business creation.
- Using its relationships with the venture funding sources,NTV will work with the company to secure the conventional funding.
- Participating as an investment partner with a level of about $1 million, NTV will be there during this phase of venture financing.
NVT's Priorities!
After observing the business plan submitted by a firm, they identify and formulate the business and investment opportunity based on a research discovery.This process focuses deeply on:
