What (summary)
Whitelist certain pages for advertisements.
Why this is important
In order to drive revenue we need to add advertisements to more pages.

- Show google ad sense ads on all pages that are in Category:Ok for all Audiences or any casespace variant thereof.
- Bonus: add a flag to the flagging interface that works the same way as Category:PossiblyAdultContent
- Bonus: add a random button for pages that are in recentchanges but are not in [:Category:Ok for all Audiences]] nor Category:PossiblyAdultContent
