Cert21.com website was started on May 2000 as an Examnotes.net spin off with only 5 practice exams and a simple JavaScript based testing engine.
Since then, our testing engine has been redesigned 4 times, first moving to PERL script, then PERL script with mySQL database back end, and finally to PHP/mySQL combination.
The site is hosted on a powerful DUAL P4 CPU, DUAL SCSI HD server, powered by Linux/Apache server with mySQL database.
