Tengun is one of the worst web hosts ever.
They:
do not respond to your emails after you enroll with their plan
you have no shell access. if you ever need to import a database larger than 5 mb you are out of luck
if you miss a payment they suspend your account with all emails and domains in it. if you want them back they will do it 15 days later. you wont be compensated for the 15 days. all your clients will hate you and look elsewhere for business.
you will do better with geocities.com then tengun.net
they have a ticket system but never respond to tickets
they have no phone number. there is no way you can reach them directly
they are likely to filter you out of their emails for one reason or another. that way they will never hear from you and you will never hear from them
they are a reseller and claim to have done upgrades or improve anything but they dont physically host anything. they just rent servers from another wholesaler.
their prices are cheap because they have 2000 domains hosted in 1 server.
if you ever need them to install ssl you are out of luck. they will never do it.
