Laser resurfacing basically breaks apart the molecular bonds of a substance, which can then allow the substance to strengthen or stretch to fit a new shape. Laser resurfacing is often used in skin procedures, like liposuction or acne treatments, to smooth out the wrinkles and uneven terrain.
