Our Professional IP & Contracts Management Team
Deploying a powerful application can be a daunting prospect. Not with Decipher. Our Professional Services team brings best practices and years of experience to the job, completing implementation smoothly, quickly and efficiently. We manage large scale implementations from start to finish. You will have your own Product Specialist to oversee the entire process, coordinate all resources and monitor progress. You'll also have a dedicated Account Manager to take care of all the details to ensure a successful start and your complete satisfaction.
Implementation
We work closely with your team to make sure we understand the requirements of key stakeholders, identify key personnel, and create the communication and implementation plan that's right for you. The more insight we have into your needs and business objectives, the better we can integrate them into an optimal configuration of Decipher to meet the functional and performance requirements of your organization.
Dedicated Support
Everyone needs a little help sometimes – and when you do, we'll be there. We will reliably and efficiently get your questions answered. And if you need additional on-site support, our Professional Services Group will assign a dedicated support person to meet your needs.

- Support is available by phone or email from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST.
