The weekly villa rental rates listed do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for villas on St. John; 7% for villas on Tortola and Virgin Gorda) No tax on Martha's Vineyard.
A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON for most villas, and a 10-14 night minimum (depending on the villa and island), during the Xmas/New Year's Seasons.
