- Friend accepts invitation ... easy to accept whenever convenient
- Friend is "plugged in" ... immediately and automatically "plugged in" to the niche and the context around it
- Friend enjoys niche enough to explore and expand role to that of CommunityMember
- Friend closes the loop by noticing a niche for their own friend
