Standing in front of her closet each morning, Elize DeBoom would find herself on the verge of tears. Sure, many women find themselves standing before a closet full of clothes, devoid of fashion inspiration, but only a handful of them are several months pregnant, confronting a cheerless reality—nothing fits.
And so, DeBoom gave birth to not only a daughter, Summer, but to Hello Mommy, a maternity and baby clothing, accessories and furniture store. Located in Boulder, Colo., Hello Mommy is not only a cute new addition to the bustling Pearl Street Mall, but an absolute dream-come-true for moms-to-be.
DeBoom spent about eight months crafting ideas on paper and has come up with a concept that delivers a wide range of essentials to mothers before and after the baby comes.
