Another effective tactic, albeit short lived is Mr. Scoville will file an abuse or SPAM complaint to his target's ISP or Webhost after their normal business hours. Often a mail-flood, so that a junior support tech will have a knee-jerk reaction and will terminate an account. The targeted account will normally be restored within a short time frame when the ISP or Webhost resumes normal business hours. They look at headers and see a off-shore exploited server and no legitimate contact info.
