Today, the company manufactures and offers more than a hundred thousand world-class quality products. Last year, the company had sales that approximate an amount of $3.5 billion.

In the course of history, Mr. Zimmer and his company of splint developers and producers had not only innovated splints, but also a wide array of technologies that are intended to help support the patient with bone problems. On 1928, the Zimmer Holdings had introduced into the market a bed that could support a fracture patient while the mattress is being lowered for bedsheet or bedpans changing purposes, with the use of an inventive arrangement of canvas straps.
