Why we're doing this
- To make the edit page immediately accessible for first time or new users
- Increase the function of the page for advanced users
- Increase diversity of editors
We know we are done when
- We see a noticeable improvement in non-geek edits in recent changes
- When experienced editors provide us with positive feedback.

- Rewrite, minimize, and move disclaimer text
