Stunning Menorcan Villa

Sa Garriga de Binisifua is a beautiful villa offering accommodation for up to 12 adults. Based in the south east of Menorca near to Sant Luis, the villa has a stunning rural setting yet it is also convenient to several beaches, restaurants, bars and shops.

The Menorcan villa is well equipped for large groups due to its flexible accommodation across the two floors. The villa is well maintained and offers spacious living areas including a luxury open-plan kitchen and dining area, large sitting room and doors to patio, five bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The villa is accessed from a quiet country lane, through traditional olive wood gates up a sweeping gravel driveway to a large parking area at the front of the house. The large, floodlit swimming pool is surrounded by a large sun terrace and colourful scrubs and trees. There are 12 good quality sun loungers and parasols. There is also table tennis and a large purpose-built barbeque.
