Fish On Fire | Dallas
A wonderful casual seafood eatery in North Dallas, at the corner of Preston and Beltline. Staples include the fried seafood basket, grilled fish platters, fish tacos (with avocados, rice, and cole slaw). If you want lighter fare, try a salad, or better yet, Sam's special Mexican Shrimp Cocktail, with shrimp, cilantro, onion, avocados, and a special sweet/tart red salsa common only to the mountains of Pabellon Mexico. For a real treat, get some boiled crawfish while they're in season. At Fish On Fire, the atmosphere is casual, the food is fresh, and you can't beat the prices.
