INTRODUCTION : Drvsrs is a Management Information Systems & Computer Software Expert, ISO-9000 Quality Systems Developer and Auditor, Socio-Economic Development Specialist with International accreditation.

INTER NATIONAL CONTRIBUTIONS : During 1982-1986, was the "Data Processing Expert" of the Commonwealth Fund for Technical Co-operation(CFTC), London. He was nominated by CFTC, to the Caribbean Development Bank ( CDB - Regional Development Bank set up by the World Bank and the United Nations Development Program ), Barbados, West Indies, as a "Consultant Adviser - Computer Services". During the period 1960 to 1982 and from 1986 to todate, designed, implemented and trained employees in many multi-field corporate techno-commercial computer systems.

SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CONTRIBUTIONS : 1. Design / Implement / Train in-house and member country personnel in Social and Economic Development oriented Computer Informatics. 2. Select / Study / Modify / Implement / Train in-house and member country personnel in World Bank, UNDP, UNESCO Computer Softwares for Bibliographic, Project, Financial Analysis and other Social and Economic Development orientated Systems. 3. Organise, collect, compile country/Economic/Social information from different member nations, analyse and provide Management Decision and Project formation guidelines. 4.Computer Hardware / Software / Manpower / Infrastructure Planning, Budgeting, Implementation, Control and Appraisal Expert.

ASSOCIATION WITH NOBEL LAUREATES IN ECONOMIC SCIENCE : These assignments provided an opportunity to be a Visiting Professor to the University of West Indies, Barbados campus, along with Arthur Lewis, (Nobel Laureate in Economic Science - 1979; Former President of Caribbean Development Bank, Barbados; Emeritus Professor, Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, Princeton University, New Jersey, USA). This association further provided an opportunity to meet, associate and discuss the methodologies for progress, with many leading / accredited Economists, President and Project Officers in Regional development Setup, Secretary General and Development Officers of the Commonwealth Nations, Nobel Laureates in Economic Science [James.E.Meade,Cambridge,UK – Laureate of 1977. Jan Tinbergen, Haviklaan, Netherlands - Laureate of 1969. John. R Hicks, Oxford , UK and Kenneth.J.Arrow , California, USA - Laureates of 1972 ], Progressive Congressmen from the United States of America, Prime Ministers of many developed and developing countries etc...

UNIQUE DEVELOPMENT MODELS : Based on the past experiences and associations, applied Algebra to the higher mathematics to the field of Economic science, developed and published 2 unique application concept models. "Accelerate Your Socio-Economic Development : An eccentric Bi-circular Model and Solution (Geometric Model)" and "A Redefined Productivity Model and Associated Management Decisions (Algebraic Model) . These are in addition to over 40 practical application papers in a wide area of Economics and management .
