What Is A Mandala?
This site is concerned with enquiring into and discussing the question what is a mandala?
It has regular posts on all aspects of Mandalas, from their use in Buddhism and other Eastern religions, to their use in meditation and contemporary art.
There are regular examples and images of Mandalas, with drawings and photographs of a variety of mandalas including stunning stained glass mandalas, which mimick the colourful Rose Windows of European Cathedrals.
Also discussed at what is a mandala, is the use of creating mandalas as a personal journey and as a form of therapy.
