European publications and websites are often more permissive than their U.S. counterparts, and sometimes display women with bared breasts. If the publication or site is intended for general audiences and the image is not pornographic, AboutUs.org does not regard it as adult content and it should not be labeled "adult."
Pharmaceutical companies and medical products companies that sell sexual enhancement products are not considered adult. Their products are normally displayed in a very low-key manner and so we do not label these sites "adult":
