• Our Staff has the experience of having been an online auction buyer and seller. So they know what you are concerned about Security and Fees
• We do not just rely on computer generated email verification to verify our members or sellers
• We verify our Members and Sellers by contacting them in person through their contact details they supplied
• Our sellers go through the verification process every 180 days to insure their information is up to date
• Every auction & transfer of information between Seller and Buyer is monitored regulary
• If we believe any transaction details supplied by the seller to the buyer are in any way suspicious we will notified both parties of our concerns within 24 hours.
• We do not charge for End of Auction Fee, Finalisation Fee or Final Value Fee. We believe there is no reason to charge you these fees for having sold or not sold an item through our auction site. Remember you go through this process by yourself we are not involved with the transaction or the transfer of the items so why should we charge.
