Passolution provides a system of generating cash "that really works". The system is based on Private gifting which is a constitutional right of citizens to gift property, cash and other assets and is protected by US and Canadian laws. This private activity of generating cash "does not involve network marketing, multi-level marketing, or business or commercial activity. There are no business transactions, investments and/or securities involved in this activity. There is no business or company name or location and there are no directors, officers, shareholders or principals. Individuals simply support each other in a team concept and help change lives."
Private Gifting
The US and the Canadian laws state that "one or more individuals can give a gift to another individual of up to $11,000 each per calendar year without any tax liability to either the giver or receiver of the gift, because the tax on the gift has already been paid. These gifts are not included in the gross income of the recipient." It is this right to gift property and other assets to another individual upon which the whole activity of "generating cash" is based. You have to pledge US $ 500, $ 1000, $ 2000 or $ 3500 in order to qualify for receiving cash from this activity. When you pledge money, you also have to sign a document saying that this money is being given as a gift only - it's not for paying any bills or an investment.
Who Can Participate
This is a private sharing group, and is offered only through an exclusive invitation to individuals over 18 years of age. The website, however, invites individuals to learn more about it and join this activity.
How does this Activity Work
Individuals involved in this activity "share using a basic concept that 'All things must be done in order' and follow the Universal Law of Sowing and Reaping - 'when you give, you shall receive.'" Individuals who participate "move through a natural progression from the giving to the receiving stage of the activity." There is no hierarchy of individuals who have an advantageous position or unfair advantage over new participants. The profit, similarly doesn't go to some big pocket but is shared by the individuals themselves.
